The
Royal Package starts with a visit to Vaishnodevi temple on the first
day that gets you to view other scenic attractions during your 8-day
sojourn. The rates are: single person: Rs. 21,000, two persons Rs.
30,000 and three Rs. 45,000. The main rout is Katra - Vaishnodevi - Srinagar - Gulmarg - Pahalgam and Srinagar. The first halt comes after 45 kms in one hour at Jammu. After another 14 km-long trek in about six hours which gets you to Jammu for a devotional visit to theVaishnodevi temple at night. Day two starts with a drive to Jammu Airport--flight to Srinagar-Day at leisure-overnight stay at the houseboat. We will take off for Vaishnodevi thro’ Katra over to Srinagar. A drive to Jammu airport on way to Srinagar calls off the day in the true traveler fashion at a houseboat. After morning breakfast in Srinagar on day three, cover the world famous Mughal Gardens visiting the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh {Abode of love}. We will return to House Boat for a nap after a sizzling lunch. Proceed for a Shikara ride on the Dal Lake to enjoy the beauty that God has graced this city which is often compared to Venice. Srinagar - Gulmarg on day four. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes adjacent to the largest golf course in the world with 18 holes. A must visit scenic place. One can also view Nanga Parbhat if weather permits. Day-seven, after relatively spending some free time, becomes hectic again. Pahalgam which is the most famous place for the Indian film industry. This is also a must visit spot. So, get ready to discover the revelation! |
